BEYOND – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BEYOND. Below is our shipping policy outlining how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays (if applicable).


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days (approximately 72 hours) from the order date.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • BEYOND is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.


3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message (SMS/email) if tracking is available.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping during promotions or special campaigns.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided and results in delivery failure, BEYOND will not be responsible for the delay or additional shipping charges.


6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
